About Hrangbana Government College
Govt. Hrangbana College, located in Chanmari in the city of Aizawl, Mizoram. The College was established in 21st July 1980. The Hrangbana College is christened after Mr. HRANGBANA (Late), one education-minded and prominent businessman who generously donated a sum of Rupees one lakh to start the college from scratch. The Hrangbana College Generates scientific spirits among students, mobilize them towards national duties through social services and all round development of personality. The College was upgraded to the Deficit Grant-in-Aid Status in 1985 and finally has become a Government College in 2003.
